Sinopse

Busi, a young destitute woman with dangerously repressed emotions, lands a job as a cleaner at a rundown hospital at the heart of Johannesburg. Desperate to gain some control over her life and come to terms with her past and the circumstances that led to her sister’s suicide, she tries to cope under the predatory and corrupt hospital foreman. When Busi realizes a little girl in the hospital, seemingly tormented by a supernatural force, she is tasked with overcoming her own inner demons in order to save the child from the abusive monster that plagues her.
